Conference fee:
- For papers whose authors are only Bachelor, Master, or PhD students – free of charge
- For papers whose authors are not only students but professionals as well – 3 000 Rub per paper
Important dates:
- Abstract registration deadline: November 1, 2021
- Deadline for accepting full texts of articles (in English): November 15, 2021
- Notification of acceptance of the article: December 15, 2021
- Submission of the final version of the article (articles taking into account the comments of the reviewers): January 05, 2022
Full instructions on Paper Preparation will be sent to authors after registration and acceptance of abstracts.
Accepted and presented at the Conference regular papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
