The IEEE Russia (Northwest) Section and the IEEE Russia (Northwest) Section BT/CE/COM Joint Chapter announce that the 22nd annual conference, IEEE ISCT International Symposium on Consumer Technologies (former International Symposium on Consumer Electronics) will take place in St-Petersburg, Russia on 11th - 12th May 2018.

- IoT;
- Consumer Healthcare Systems;
- Artificial Intelligence;
- Telecom and Network Technologies;
- AV Systems, Image and Video, Cameras and Acquisition;
- TV, RF and Wireless Technologies, and others.
Keynote presentations will be devoted to AI in passanger experience (Dr. Guido Majewski, Germany) and Multimedia Innovation (Dr. Martin Salter, UK). One of the most important parts of the Symposium will be the lecture prepared by IEEE Broadcast Technology Society Distinguished Lecturer Dr. Pablo Angueira (Spain).
Round table on education for consumer technologies will be led by Dr. Slava Nesterov (Russia). International Student Conference and Competition "Digital and Information Technologies in Electronic Media Industry" will be run by Dr. Martin Salter and Dr. Konstantin Glasman as a part of ISCT 2018.
